My 1971 240Z
This was my second car which I restored from the ground up during college.
* Rebuilt 260Z engine which replaced the worn out 240Z block * Rebuilt original side draft carbs * Converted from automatic to 5 speed * R200 3rd member * 1978 280Z wheels polished and painted to appear as you see in the picture * Dupont Centari Acrylic paint in Kenworth Truck Metallic Blue
The interior was converted over from blue to black.
I drove this car to school for the last two years of university. This car, too, knew the road between SLO and WC to the point where I don't remember doing the driving myself... Although, blue on black and no A/C is cool, it does not always mix when blasting through King City in 105 degree heat!!!
This car was sold in 1990 to make way for my transition to Ford as the maker of choice. I have never turned back!!!
